INSOMNIA WRAPS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ATTENTION: The following Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and installation of a vehicle wrap by Insomnia Wraps LLC. It is important to accurately report all information related to your vehicle’s condition.
FEE POLICY
1. Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit covers material ordering, scheduling, and setup. The remaining balance is due upon the completion of the service. Failure to pay the remaining balance upon completion may result in a lien on your vehicle.
2. Appointment Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for your vehicle. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cannot make your scheduled drop-off time. We understand emergencies happen but appreciate timely communication to avoid scheduling conflicts.
3. Late Drop-Off Fees (Without Notice)
Late drop-offs without prior notice will incur the following fees:
0–1 hour late: No fee (first-time occurrence only)
1–3 hours late: $150 late fee
Over 3 hours late or same-day drop-off delay: $250 late fee
Late drop-offs may impact the timeline for other appointments and services, so we strongly encourage timely arrivals.
4. No-Show or No-Call (Day of Appointment)
In the event of a no-show or failure to notify us on the day of your scheduled appointment:
A fee of 20% of the total job value will be charged (e.g., $400 on a $2K job, $1,600 on an $8K job).
Rescheduling will be based on availability and may result in delays.
The original deposit remains non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. Reschedule Policy
If you need to reschedule your appointment:
A $150 reschedule fee will apply for reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
6. Rush Fees (Client-Caused Delays)
If a delay caused by the client shortens the project timeline, a rush fee may be applied on a case-by-case basis. The fee will depend on the total job cost and the specific circumstances. Rush fees are intended to cover additional labor, expedited materials, or any adjustments needed to meet the revised timeline.
7. Material Orders & Service Changes
Materials are ordered specifically for your project. Any changes to the color, finish, or scope of service after the deposit has been placed may result in additional charges. Please be mindful when making final decisions before the deposit is paid. We will confirm any updates to the costs before proceeding.
8. Communication Is Key
We value clear, timely communication and take pride in our work. Please assist us in staying on schedule by responding promptly to any inquiries and keeping us updated on any changes. This ensures that we can meet your expectations and deliver the best possible service.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Insomnia Wraps extends a 30-Day Limited Warranty for all defects or installation errors, including cover lifting, peeling, wrinkles, and bubbling.
The Limited Warranty does not cover:
Accidental damage, road hazard damage, or normal wear and tear of the vehicle wrap.
Damage caused by improper care, including the use of chemical cleaning agents, power-washing, or use of any automatic vehicle washing stations (carwash or similar machines).
The application of liquids at a higher-than-natural velocity to the vehicle after the wrap has been installed.
Unpainted surfaces or wrapping over damaged paint (e.g., paint that is chipped, flaking, oxidized, or otherwise compromised).
Door jambs.
Claims under the Limited Warranty are subject to examination and approval by an Insomnia Wraps installer. Warranty repairs will be done at the sole discretion of Insomnia Wraps LLC. We reserve the final say in whether repairs or reinstallation will be performed.
Important: If anyone other than an Insomnia Wraps installer alters, removes, re-installs, or attempts to repair the vehicle wrap, the Limited Warranty is void. This includes the use of any chemical agents or products on the wrap—the Limited Warranty is void in these cases.

Ensure that you provide detailed information, including pictures, videos, and descriptions of the issue. Warranty work may take up to 30 days from the claim notification for completion.
PROPER CARE FOR YOUR VEHICLE WRAP
To maintain the quality and lifespan of your vehicle wrap, follow these care guidelines:
Only hand wash your vehicle using pH-neutral soap.
Do not pressure-wash your vehicle wrap.
Avoid using degreasers or any other cleaning agents on the wrap.
Do not use soap or detergent with wax or other detailing chemicals.
Dry the wrap using a clean microfiber towel.
Do not use automatic vehicle washes. Always hand wash.
For best results, we recommend vehicle wraps on vehicles less than 5 years old with factory paint. If your vehicle has dents, flaking, or oxidation in the paint, these imperfections may show through the wrap.
DISCLAIMER
Insomnia Wraps cannot guarantee that a vehicle wrap will not damage the vehicle paint. By choosing to have a wrap installed, you waive any and all claims for paint damage caused during installation.
Pre-existing damage to your vehicle must be noted on the Insomnia Wraps drop-off form. Once signed, Insomnia Wraps is not liable for any damage that existed or occurred prior to the drop-off or during installation.
No coverage is provided for damages not addressed within this document.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability shall be limited to direct damages, not exceeding the amount paid for the vehicle wrap installation. Insomnia Wraps excludes liability for punitive, special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or profits.
DISASSEMBLY AND REASSEMBLY OF VEHICLE COMPONENTS
Some vehicle components may need to be disassembled for proper wrap installation. Insomnia Wraps will take care during disassembly and reassembly, but we are not responsible for any breakage of clips, tabs, or rare cracks that may occur during the process.
If electronic devices are triggered during disassembly (such as error codes), Insomnia Wraps is not responsible for resetting or clearing those codes.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
There are no refunds under any circumstances. The customer agrees to this no refund policy except as outlined under the limited warranty.
In the event of a chargeback, returned check, or any other payment issue, Insomnia Wraps will pursue civil action to recover any amounts owed, including attorney’s fees.
FINISHED PRODUCT NOTICE
While we strive for perfection, minor imperfections such as small air pockets, wrinkles, or color variations may be present. Please notify Insomnia Wraps if any issues arise after installation, and we will address them to the best of our ability.
